摘　　要：为推进我国学校体育与竞技体育的融合与创新发展,基于合作博弈理论,分析二者融合的内因,分析在体育战略、政治战略、经济战略、社会战略等层面的必要性;基于政府主导作用、寻找合作意向、双方沟通合作、最终认可合作等形成特征,提出构建双方合作机制、完善顶层设计制度、精简内部组织机构、建立双方考核体系等优化策略。In order to promote the integration and innovative development of school sports and competitive sports in New China,based on the theory of cooperative game,this paper analyzes the internal causes of the integration;the necessity of sports strategy,political strategy,economic strategy,social strategy and other aspects;the government's leading role,seeking cooperation intention,communication and cooperation between the two sides,and finally approving the cooperation,etc.are the characteristics of the two sides cooperation mechanism We should improve the top-level design system,streamline the internal organization,and establish the evaluation system of both sides.
