临床带教护士对护理硕士专业学位研究生临床轮转实践带教意愿的现况分析

摘　　要：[目的]调查临床带教护士对护理硕士专业学位研究生临床轮转实践的带教意愿,为完善护理硕士专业学位研究生临床轮转模式提供依据。[方法]采用先随机后整群抽样法,进行问卷调查。抽取某三甲综合性医院11个科室180例临床带教护士。[结果]90.6%的临床带教护士认为护理硕士专业学位研究生理论知识扎实、创新意识强及职业认同感强而选择愿意带教;5.6%的临床带教护士认为护理硕士专业学位研究生专科实践能力不足而拒绝带教;3.9%的临床带教护士对带教护理硕士专业学位研究生临床轮转实践持无所谓态度。[结论]在临床轮转带教过程中,临床带教护士应将带教重点侧重于对护理硕士专业学位研究生临床实践能力的培养上。[Objective]To investigate the willingness of clinical teaching nurses to teach clinical rotation practice of master of Nursing students,It provides the basis for improving the clinical rotation mode of nursing master-degree graduate students.[Methods]Af’ter consulting the literature,we designed the questionnaire by ourselves.The method of first random then cluster sampling is adopted,A total of 180 clinical teaching nurses from 11 departments of a third-grade a general hospital were selected to conduct a questionnaire survey.[Results]90.6%of the clinical teaching nurses chose to teach because they believed that the postgraduate students with professional master’s degree had solid theoretical knowledge,strong sense of innovation and strong sense of professional identity.5.6%of the clinical nurses refused to teach because they thought the practice ability of the master of Nursing specialty was insufficient.3.9%of clinical teaching nurses had no attitude towards clinical rotation practice of teaching nursing master degree postgraduates.[Conclusion]In the course of clinical rotation teaching,clinical teaching nurses should lay emphasis on the cultivation of clinical practice ability of nursing master degree postgraduates.
