摘 要:为了进一步提高伺服电机的短时过载能力及可靠性,在永磁同步伺服电机设计过程中,重点研究了电机高过载设计、定子的绝缘设计、耐热设计等关键技术方面。试验结果表明通过对电机关键技术的研究,解决电机极小空间限制下高过载及有效散热需求,保证电机可靠稳定运行,提高电机的高可靠绝缘性及适应性,增长电机的工作寿命,完全满足设计和使用要求。In order to further improve the short-time overload capacity and reliability of the servo motor used in the servo system,in the design process of the permanent magnet synchronous servo motor,the key technical aspects such as the motor high overload design,the stator insulation design and the heat resistance design are mainly studied.The test results show that the research on the key technology of the motor can solve the high overload and effective heat dissipation requirements of the motor under the limitation of the minimum space,ensure the reliable and stable operation of the motor,improve the high reliable insulation and adaptability of the motor,increase the working life of the motor,and completely meet the design and use requirements.
