摘　　要：目的:了解延边朝鲜族地区基层医生岗位胜任力现状,为民族地区基层卫生人才培养提供参考。方法:采用《中国临床医生岗位胜任力调查问卷》对延边州37家基层医院的593名临床医生进行问卷调查。结果:延边州基层医生岗位胜任力自评得分为(4.00±0.66)分,大部分达到胜任力条目要求。不同性别、民族和学历的基层医生岗位胜任力自评分值差异无统计学意义;不同年龄段、职称、工作年限和是否参加过住院医师规范化培训的基层医生岗位胜任力自评分值差异有统计学意义。结论:延边朝鲜族地区基层医生岗位胜任力比较薄弱,应针对不同情况的基层医生制定能力要求和培养方案并加以实施,从而不断提高民族地区基层医疗卫生服务能力。OBJECTIVE To investigate the current situation on the competency of grassroots doctor in Korean Autonomous Prefecture of Yanbian,and to provide references for the training of grassroots health professionals.METHODS Using The Questionnaire of Chinese Clinician Competency,593 clinicians of 37 grassroots hospitals were investigated in Yanbian Prefecture.RESULTS The self-assessment score of grassroots doctors’competency in Yanbian Prefecture was(4.00±0.66),attained the most of requirements.There was no statistically significant difference in the self-assessment scores of grassroots doctors’competency with different genders,different nations,different educations.There were statistically significant differences in the self-assessment scores of grassroots doctors’competency in different age groups,different titles,different working years and have attend standardized residents training or not.CONCLUSION The competency of grassroots doctor in Yanbian Prefecture was relatively weak,so it was necessary to formulate and implement competency requirements and training programs for grassroots doctors according to different situations,so as to continuously improve the capacity of grassroots medical services in ethnic minority areas.
