摘 要:目的探讨FcγRIIA基因多态性与急性白血病患儿化疗后并发感染的关系。方法根据化疗后是否感染将49例白血病患儿分为感染组(n=28)和未感染组(n=21),分析FcγRIIA基因多态性与化疗后并发感染的关系。结果49例急性白血病患儿中,6例患儿为FcγRIIA-R/H型,17例患儿为FcγRIIA-H型,26例患儿为FcγRIIA-R型。未感染组患儿FcγRIIA-H型的表达频率明显高于感染组,FcγRIIA-R型的表达频率明显低于感染组,差异均有统计学意义(P﹤0.01)。结论FcγRIIA-R型白血病患儿化疗后并发感染的概率较高,可作为白血病患儿化疗后感染的评价指标。Objective To investigate the relationship of Fc gamma RIIA(FcγRIIA)gene polymorphism with complicated infection after chemotherapy in children with leukemia.Method 49 leukemia children were divided into infection group(n=28)and uninfected group(n=21)according to infection or not after chemotherapy,and the relationship of FcγRIIA gene polymorphism with complicated infection after chemotherapy was analyzed.Result 6 patients exhibited FcγRIIA-R/H type,17 patients FcγRIIA-H type and 26 patients FcγRIIA-R type.The frequency of FcγRIIA-H type in uninfected group was significantly higher than that in infection group;the frequency of FcγRIIA-R type in uninfected group was significantly lower than that in infection group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The incidence rate of complicated infection after chemotherapy in children with FcγRIIA-R type leukemia is significantly increased,which can be used as an evaluation parameter for infection after chemotherapy in children with leukemia.
