摘 要:本文基于“互联网+”的理念探讨一种服务于社区居民的再生资源回收服务模式,提升用户再生资源回收的参与度和效率。首先,在调研的基础上归纳居民回收服务生态,借助利益相关者价值网络和服务流程图这两种服务设计可视化工具,剖析社区居民回收服务中存在的服务触点及其关联;其次,将再生资源回收服务与现有的快递物流技术相结合,形成资源回收服务、线下物流运输、回收生活动态信息的可持续发展网络,以此提升用户的资源回收意识与用户体验,为再生资源回收服务的创新提供一定的参考价值。This paper based on the concept of"Internet+",explore a renewable resource recycling service model serving community residents,and improve users'participation and efficiency in recycling of renewable resources.First of all,Summarize the residents'recycling service ecology on the basis of investigation,and analyze the service touch points and their relationships in the community residents'recycling services with the help of the stakeholder value network and service flowcharts,two service design visualization tools.Secondly,Combining renewable resource recycling services with the existing express logistics technology to form a sustainable development network for resource recycling services,offline logistics and transportation,and recycling of life dynamic information is conducive to enhancing users’awareness of resource recycling and improving user experience.The innovation of renewable resource recovery services provides a certain reference value.
