摘　　要：目的分析上海市某区疾病预防控制中心2009—2018年科技论文发表情况,为做好科研管理和人才培养提供依据。方法通过第一作者在国内外科技杂志上发表的学术论文进行描述性统计分析和χ2检验。结果共发表专业论文258篇,第一作者年龄主要分布在30~39岁,职称主要为中级职称,疾病预防控制方向论文比例最高;不同职称作者发表论文的期刊种类差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.373,P<0.05),不同学历作者发表论文的期刊种类差异有统计学意义(χ2=9.713,P<0.05),职称、学历越高,发表SCI和中文核心论文比例越高;不同职称作者论文发表篇数差异有统计学意义(χ2=18.196,P<0.05),不同学历作者论文发表篇数差异有统计学意义(χ2=11.904,P<0.05),职称、学历越高,发表篇数越多。结论某区疾控中心科研激励机制仍需进一步完善,应加强论文写作培训,健全人才梯队,提升专业人员科研水平。Objective To analyze the publication of scientific papers in a District Center for Disease Control and Prevention(CDC)in Shanghai from 2009 to 2018,and to provide basis for scientific research management and talents cultivation.Methods Descriptive statistical analysis and chi-square test were carried out on the academic papers published in domestic and foreign science and technology magazines by the professional technicians as the first author.Results A total of 258 professional papers were published in journals.The age of the first author was mainly 30-39 years old.The professional title of the first author was mainly intermediate title,and the proportion of papers about disease prevention and control was the highest;there was significant difference in the types of journals published by authors with different professional titles(χ~2=11.373,P<0.05),and there was significant difference in the types of journals published by authors with different educational background(χ~2=9.713,P<0.05),the higher the title and education,the higher the proportion of SCI and Chinese core papers published;there was significant difference in the number of papers published by authors with different titles(χ~2=18.196,P<0.05),there was significant difference in the number of papers published by authors with different degrees(χ~2=11.904,P<0.05),the higher the title and educational background,the more papers published.Conclusion The incentive mechanism of scientific research of a District CDC still needs to be further improved.It is necessary to strengthen the training of thesis writing,improve the talent echelon and improve the scientific research level of professionals.
