摘　　要：目的应用文献计量学的方法梳理和分析胜任力在我国公共卫生系统中的研究、发展现状和存在的问题,以期为公共卫生系统深入开展胜任力相关研究提供可参考的计量学分析资料。方法利用NoteExpress软件获得目标文献,用频数、百分比等量化描述文献的内外部特征。结果我国公共卫生系统胜任力相关研究呈波动式增长;整体资助率不高;核心作者群未形成。根据研究内容分类,文献可分为4大类,其中胜任力及胜任力模型在课程体系、教学模式中的应用研究最多,在人力资源配置、绩效考核体系建立等方面的应用极少;根据研究对象,文献可分为5大类,其中以预防医学学生为研究对象的文献最多,公共卫生医师为研究对象的文献最少;胜任力模型构建的理论研究已经取得了一定成果。讨论公共卫生领域对胜任力研究的关注度有待提高,胜任力模型构建的实践转化不足,今后要争取以胜任力研究撬动公共卫生系统发展。Objective To use the method of bibliometrics,to sort out and analyze the research,development status and existing problems of competency in China’s public health system,with a view to providing reference metrological analy⁃sis data for the public health system to carry out in-depth studies on competence.Methods Using NoteExpress software to obtain target documents,to quantify the internal and external characteristics of the literature with frequency and percentage.Results Through the quantitative analysis of the target literature,it is found that the relevant research on the competence of China’s public health system has shown a volatile growth;the overall funding rate is not high;the core author group has not been formed.According to the classification of research content,the literature can be divided into 4 categories,among them,the application of competency and competency model in the curriculum system and teaching model is the most.Competency and the competency model are rarely used in human resource allocation and performance evaluation system establishment.According to the research object,the literature can be divided into 5 categories,among them,the literature of the research object of preventive medicine students is the most,and the literature of the public health physicians is the least.Research on the construction of competency models for public health systems has achieved certain results.Conclusion The public health field’s attention to competency research needs to be improved,the practice conversion is insufficient.In the future,the development of public health system with competence research should be achieved.
