摘　　要：为助推"质量强国"战略,创新性应用"三化法",围绕"逻辑化、聚焦化、品牌化",深入研究大国工匠"军工绣娘"潘玉华注1的工作理念、方法,凝练出"4321质量理念与方法"这套质量方法论。同时,高度重视宣传推介作用,通过"1234推介法",让"4321质量理念与方法"深入人心,在各行各业牢牢扎根。这也是我国对优秀人才质量方法论的首次探索和成功实践。In order to promote the strategy of"making china strong by quality",the"three dimensionality methods"were innovatively applied,and by studing the work concept and method of"military female embroider"Pan Yu hua in depth around"logicality,focusing,branding",a set of"4321 quality concept and method"was developed.At the same time,attaches great importance to the role of publicity and promotion,through the"1234 propagandizing method",so that"4321 quality concept and method"deeply rooted in all walks of life.This is also the first exploration and successful practice of the quality methodology of talent growth in China.
