摘 要:建立了干式过滤除尘实验模型,并设计了煤矿井下掘进工作面干式过滤除尘实验教学系统,系统主要包括除尘器本体、脉冲清灰、模拟现实巷道3个子系统。利用相似原理对巷道模拟子系统的长度、相对位置等参数进行了优化设计。通过调整粉尘源及抽压风筒相对位置、净化风量、相对湿度等外部参数,模拟掘进工作面现场情况。利用预设传感器对干式过滤除尘系统的过滤阻力、除尘效率、清灰效果等参数进行相关测试,探究各影响因素对干式过滤除尘系统应用效果的影响。Firstly,factors influencing the application effect of dry filtration and dust removal technology were analyzed,and anexperimental model of dry filtration and dust removal was established.Based on this,an experimental teaching system for dryfiltration and dust removal in underground mining face was designed.We pulsed dust removal,simulated the three sub-systems of the actual roadway.At the same time,parameters such as the length and relative position of the roadway simulation subsystem were optimized by using similar principles.After the system was commissioned,the external conditions such as the relative position of the dust source and the suction fan,the amount of purified air,and the relative humidity were used to simulate the site conditions of the tunneling face.The preset sensors are used to test the filtering resistance,dust removal efficiency,dust removal effect and other parameters of the dry filtration and dust removal system,and to explore the influence of various influencing factors on the application effect of the dry filtration and dust removal system.
