中医体质辨识分析密闭隔离环境对乘员身体的影响

摘　　要：目的应用中医体质辨识标准测评8例乘员在长期密闭隔离前中后不同时间的体质变化,对长期密闭环境中人体的功能和生命活动规律进行探讨,从而制定相应的干预措施,以利于密闭环境下人体的功能平衡。方法采用《中医体质分类与判定》标准,对"月宫365"密闭实验中两组8例乘员,其中女4例,男4例;年龄24~31岁,在370 d舱内及舱外进行中医体质测评;舱内每两月测评1次,入舱时、出舱时及出舱后分别测评1次。结果 48份问卷中,平和质21例,平和质倾向偏颇质13例,偏颇质中阳虚质12例,阴虚质1例,气虚质1例;男乘员以平和质为主,有平和质倾向偏颇质变化;女乘员以阳虚质为主;平和质、阳虚质转化分值不同时期均有变化。结论乘员体质以平和质为主,短时间内整体体质变化不明显,但因为长期密闭隔离作用,乘员会出现阳虚质、阴虚质、气虚质及气郁质四种体质短时间的变化,这些变化可以反映出乘员即时的身体状态所受环境、精神、营养、锻炼、疾病等因素的影响,可为未来长期密闭隔离环境下维持乘员的体质健康提供参考依据。Objective To evaluate the constitutions of 8 crew members and explore the physiological function and the law of life activity in long-term enclosed and isolated environment with the physical identification of TCM and then formulate corresponding intervention measures and facilitate the balance of human function in the long-term enclosed environment.Methods A total of 8 crew members including 4 females and 4 males aged from 24 to 31,were tested with the physical identification of TCM during the 370 days within and outside the cabin of the"Lunar Palace 1",which was a ground-based experimental bioregenerative life support systems( BLSS) platform.The TCM physical identification standard test was evaluated once every two months in the cabin,and once at the time of entry,exit and 1.5 or 2 months after leaving the cabin to observe the changes of constitutions and the transformation score of constitutions.Results In the 48 questionnaires,21 questionnaires were moderate constitutions,about 13 questionnaires were basically balanced with a biased tendency,12 questionnaires were the deficiency of Yang,1 questionnaire was the deficiency of Yin and 1 questionnaire was the deficiency of vital energy.The male crew members were mainly moderate constitutions and had the tendency of transforming to biased constitutions,while females were mainly deficiency of Yang.The conversion score of moderate constitutions and Yang deficiency changed in different periods.Conclusion The physical identification suggests the crew members with good physical condition have little change in a short time.However,due to the effect of long-term closed environment,the crew members will have a slight change in TCM constitution,such as Yang deficiency,Yin deficiency,Qi deficiency and Qi stagnation.With measuring the bias and problems of the changes,it offers a reference for the health care and health management of the crew members in the long-term closed environment,which will help to take targeted measures to correct or improve physical bias in BLSS in the
