磁振热双柏膏叠加治疗脑卒中后痉挛型足下垂的疗效观察

摘　　要：目的观察磁振热双柏膏叠加治疗脑卒中后痉挛型足下垂的疗效。方法采取随机数字表法将120例脑卒中患者分为双柏膏组、磁振热组、双柏膏磁振热叠加组和对照组,4组患者均给予基础康复治疗,双柏膏组是在给予常规康复治疗的基础上在小腿三头肌应用双柏膏;磁振热组是在给予常规康复治疗的基础上应用常州雅思医疗器械有限公司生产的YS2001P型磁振热治疗仪进行小腿三头肌治疗;双柏膏磁振热叠加组是在给予常规康复治疗的基础上应用外敷双柏膏同时进行磁振热治疗。于治疗前、治疗2周、4周时观察4组患者受试者FMA-LE、CSS、踝关节背屈活动度的情况。结果治疗前,4组受试者FMA-LE、CSS、踝关节背屈活动度之间比较,差异均无统计学意义(P> 0.05),治疗2周后,磁振热组,双柏膏组,磁震热双柏膏叠加组的FMA-LE、CSS、踝关节背屈活动度与治疗前比较明显改善(P <0.05),而对照组此时各项观察指标较治疗前无明显改善;治疗4周时对比发现4组观察指标均较治疗前有显著改善,与对照组比较也有明显的改善(P <0.05),且磁震热双柏膏叠加组的改善与磁振热组、双柏膏组组间比较差异有统计学意义(P <0.05)。结论磁振热双柏膏叠加治疗可有效改善脑卒中后痉挛性足下垂,且与单独应用磁振热、双柏膏有统计学意义。Objective To observe the efficacy of magnetic vibration heat and Shuangbai Ointment in the treatment of spastic foot ptosis after cerebral apoplexy.Methods A total of 120 patients with cerebral apoplexy were randomly divided into Shuangbai Ointment group,magnetic vibration heat group,Shuangbai Ointment and magnetic vibration heat group and control group.Shuangbai Ointment group was treated with Shuangbai Ointment in triceps muscle of leg on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.The magnetic vibration heat group was treated with YS2001 P magnetic resonance heat therapy instrument produced by Changzhou IELTS Medical Devices Co.,Ltd on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.Shuangbai Ointment and magnetic vibration heat group was treated with external application of Shuangbai Ointment on the basis of routine rehabilitation treatment.FMA-LE,CSS and ankle dorsiflexion were observed before treatment,2 and 4 weeks after treatment.Results Before treatment,there was no significant difference in FMA-LE,CSS or ankle dorsiflexion among the four groups( P > 0.05).After 2 weeks of treatment,magnetic vibration heat group,Shuangbai Ointment group and Shuangbai Ointment and magnetic vibration heat group’s FMA-LE,CSS and ankle dorsiflexion range of motion were significantly improved as compared with those before treatment,but the observation indexes in the control group were not significantly improved as compared with those before treatment.After 4 weeks of treatment,it was found that the observation indexes of the four groups were significantly improved as compared with those of the control group( P <0.05).The improvement of magnetic shock heat and Shuangbai Ointment group was different from that of magnetic vibration heat group and Shuangbai Ointment group( P < 0.05).Conclusion The magnetic vibration heat and Shuangbai Ointment can effectively improve spastic foot ptosis after stroke,which is different from that of magnetic vibration heat and Shuangbai Ointment alone.
