摘  要:水下连接器是水下生产系统的重要组成部分,它的可靠性直接影响着水下生产系统的可靠运行。因此,为了保障水下连接器的安全运行,开展了基于故障树模型的水下连接器可靠性分析。通过构型分析及简化,确定连接器结构研究对象。基于连接器结构分析和失效模式分析建立故障树,通过故障树定量分析得到了连接器结构可靠度、平均无故障时间以及可靠寿命等可靠性指标。求解了连接器各部件重要度。结果表明:相同工作环境下,底座下接头比卡爪上接头和防松结构可靠度更高,不容易失效。卡爪上接头关键重要度最高,是水下连接器结构的薄弱环节,应重点维护。Subsea connector is an important part of the subsea production system,directly affecting the reliable operation of the system.Therefore,to ensure the safe operation of the subsea connector,a reliability analysis was carried out based on a fault tree model.First,the research object of the connector structure was determined by configuration analysis and simplification.A fault tree was then established based on an analysis of connector structures and failure modes.Indexes such as reliability,mean time between failures,and reliable life of the connector structure were obtained by quantitative analysis.Finally,degrees of importance of the components of the connector were calculated.The research results demonstrate that under the same working environment,the bottom hub is more reliable than the connector jaws and the anti-loosing structure,and it is not easy to fail.The critical degree of importance of the connector jaws is the highest.It is the weak link of the subsea connector structure and its maintenance should be a focus.
