摘  要:为使船舶柴油机能够燃用低燃点的甲醇燃料,本研究在一台高压共轨涡轮增压高速四冲程柴油机的进气道安装一套甲醇喷射系统,通过甲醇电控单元(ECU)与柴油ECU协同工作,实现了船用发动机柴油/甲醇双燃料燃烧(DMCC)。试验结果表明:改装后的发动机可以用双燃料模式工作,其燃烧相位都较纯柴油模式时有所提前,主放热时刻更接近上止点,并且最大缸压、放热率峰值和最高压升率都高于纯柴油模式。双燃料模式(加装DOC)时可以满足国Ⅰ排放标准,CO、HC和NOx加权排放均低于纯柴油模式,PM排放与纯柴油模式相当。主要工况的甲醇对柴油的替代率都超过40%,最高达到55%,仅有满负荷工况受最大缸压限制而使替代率为30%左右。To use methanol as a fuel of marine diesel engine,a methanol injection system was mounted on the intake pipe of a high-pressure common rail and turbo-charge high-speed four-stroke marine engine.The marine engine diesel/methanol compound combustion(DMCC)was realized on the basis of the collaboration of methanol and diesel electronic control units.Meanwhile,an experimental study on pollutant emission was conducted.The results showed that the engine achieved high-efficiency combustion under the diesel/methanol dual-fuel mode.Under the same operating condition and compared with the pure diesel mode,the combustion phase was in advance,the time of the main heat release was closer to the top dead center,and the maximum cylinder pressure,peak heat release rate,and maximum pressure rise rate were higher than those in the pure diesel mode.The dual-fuel mode(DOC added)can meet ChinaⅠemission standards.CO-,HC-,and NOx-weighted emissions were all lower than those in the pure diesel mode,and particulate matter emission kept the same level with the pure diesel mode.The substitution rate of methanol for diesel oil under the main working conditions was over 40%,and the maximum was 55%.By contrast,under full-load working conditions,it was limited by the maximum cylinder pressure,and the substitution rate was approximately 30%.
