摘　　要：目的探究对白色白内障患者实施小切口非超乳手术方法治疗的效果。方法随机将2017年1月至2019年6月我院68例白色白内障患者分为对照组(34例,应用超声乳化手术法治疗)、实验组(34例,应用小切口非超乳手术法治疗)。均随访3个月,对比两组患者视力恢复情况、角膜中央厚度、治疗费用及并发症发生情况。结果两组术后1d、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月视力无显著差异,P>0.05;实验组术后1 d、术后1周、术后1个月、术后3个月角膜中央厚度和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05;实验组虹膜脱出、前房积血、角膜水肿、一过性眼压增高、后囊撕裂发生率和对照组无显著差异,P>0.05,但实验组治疗费用较对照组更低,P<0.05。结论对白色白内障患者实施小切口非超乳手术方法治疗具有较好的效果,可有效改善视力,并发症发生率较低,且治疗费用更便宜。Objective To explore the effect of small incision non phacoemulsification in the treatment of white cataract.Methods From January 2017 to June 2019,68 patients with white cataract in our hospital were randomly divided into two groups:the control group(34 cases,treated with phacoemulsification)and the experimental group(34 cases,treated with small incision non phacoemulsification).All patients were followed up for 3 months,and the visual recovery,central corneal thickness,treatment costs and complications were compared between the two groups.Results There was no significant difference in visual acuity between the two groups at 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the central corneal thickness between the experimental group and the control group at 1 day,1 week,1 month and 3 months after operation(P>0.05);there was no significant difference in the incidence of iris prolapse,hyphema,corneal edema,transient intraocular pressure increase,posterior capsule tear between the experimental group and the control group(P>0.05)But the treatment cost of the experimental group was lower than that of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusions Small incision non phacoemulsification is an effective method for the treatment of white cataract,which can effectively improve vision,reduce the incidence of complications,and reduce the cost of treatment.
