精神分裂症伴迟发性运动障碍患者肿瘤坏死因子-α水平的研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(tumor necrosis factor-α,TNF-α)水平与精神分裂症伴迟发性运动障碍(tardive dyskinesia,TD)症状及严重程度的关系。方法:共纳入240例住院精神分裂症患者,根据是否伴TD分为TD组(n=120)与非TD组(n=120),并选取88名正常对照者为正常对照组。采用阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)、异常不自主运动量表(AIMS)评估患者的精神症状和TD严重程度,采用夹心酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测入组者血清TNF-α水平。结果:共94例TD患者、86例非TD患者纳入分析。TD组TNF-α水平[(11.0±2.2)pg/ml]低于非TD组[(12.5±1.8)pg/ml],且均低于正常对照组(P均<0.01)。精神分裂症患者血清TNF-α水平与PANSS以及AIMS评分无相关性(P均>0.05)。结论:TNF-α可能介导TD的发生,但与TD的严重程度及精神病性症状无关。Objective:To explore the relationship between the level of serum tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)and the symptoms and severity of schizophrenia with tardive dyskinesia(TD).Method:A total of 240 inpatients with schizophrenia were divided into TD group(n=120)and non-TD group(n=120),and 88 healthy controls were enrolled.The Abnormal Involuntary Movement Scale(AIMS)and the Positive and Negative Syndrome Scale(PANSS)were used to assess the psychopathological symptoms and the severity of TD in the two patient groups.Serum TNF-αlevels were measured by the enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay(ELISA).Results:94 TD patients and 86 non-TD patients were analyzed.The level of serum TNF-αin the TD group[(11.0±2.2)pg/ml]were significantly lower than that in the non-TD group[(12.5±1.8)pg/ml],and both groups were lower than the healthy control group(all P<0.01).The levels of serum TNF-αwere not significantly associated with PANSS and AIMS scores in the patients with schizophrenia(all P>0.05).Conclusion:TNF-αmay be involved in the development of TD,but it has no association with the severity of TD and psychotic symptoms in the patients with schizophrenia.
