摘　　要：目的:探讨品行障碍(CD)少年及具有反社会人格(AP)成人注意保持的事件相关电位(ERP)特点。方法:对24例CD少年(CD组)和22例AP囚犯(AP组)进行注意保持的ERP检测,采用关联性负变(CNV)经典范式,分析刺激后500~1000 ms,1000~1500 ms和1500~2000 ms时段的CNV波幅,并与23名正常对照者(NC组)比较。结果:ERP结果显示,CNV波幅在500~1000 ms时段CD组[(-4.853±0.561)μV]和NC组[(-5.482±0.435)μV]比较差异无统计学意义,均明显高于AP组[(-3.446±0.486)μV](P均<0.05);1000~1500 ms及1500~2000 ms时段CD组[(-2.950±0.439)μV、(-0.645±0.695)μV]及AP组[(-2.857±0.347)μV、(-2.129±0.626)μV]显著低于NC组[(-4.813±0.358)μV、(2.251±0.647)μV](P均<0.01)。结论:CD少年注意知觉正常,但保持能力受损;AP囚犯注意保持能力缺乏;这可能与他们行为冲动和无计划相关。Objective:To explore the electrophysiological characteristics of sustained attention on contingent negative variation in conduct disorder(CD)and antisocial personality(AP).Method:The 24 CD delinquents(CD group)and 22 prisoners with AP(AP group)were selected in current study by recording the event-related potentials in classic contingent negative variation(CNV)paradigm.The amplitude of CNV components of 500-1000 ms,1000-1500 ms and 1500-2000 ms in different progress were analyzed and compared with normal controls(NC group,n=23).Results:In 500-1000 ms average amplitude of CNV,the results showed that there was no significant difference in the amplitude of the CNV of CD group[(-4.853±0.561)μV]and that of NC group[(-5.482±0.435)μV],the amplitudes of the two groups were significantly higher than that of AP group[(-3.446±0.486)μV](all P<0.05).In 1000-1500 ms and 1500-2000 ms average amplitude of CNV,the amplitudes of the CNV in the CD group[(-2.950±0.439)μV,(-0.645±0.695)μV]and AP group[(-2.857±0.347)μV,(-2.129±0.626)μV]were significantly lower than those in the NC group[(-4.813±0.358)μV,(2.251±0.647)μV](all P<0.01).Conclusion:Process of sustained attention is impaired in CD delinquents,as AP prisoners has sustained attention absence,which may be associated with behavioral impulsivity and takin action without plan.
