复方血栓通胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗老年性黄斑变性临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方血栓通胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗老年性黄斑病变的临床效果。方法:86例按随机数表法分为两组各43例。两组给予常规治疗并服用羟苯磺酸钙胶囊,观察组加用复方血栓通胶囊治疗。结果:观察组治疗后视力优于对照组(P<0.05),眼底出血面积、眼底渗出面积、眼底玻璃膜疣面积、FFA荧光渗漏面积均少于对照组(P<0.05),视物模糊、胸闷、倦怠乏力等临床症状积分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:复方血栓通胶囊联合羟苯磺酸钙治疗老年性黄斑变性可有效提高视力水平,改善临床体征及症状,安全性较高。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with calcium dobesilate in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration.Methods:According to the random number table method,86 cases were divided into two groups,with 43 cases in each group.The two groups were given conventional treatment and calcium dobesilate capsules,and the observation group were treated with Compound Xueshuantong Capsule in addition.Results:After treatment,the visual acuity of the observation group was better than that of the control group(P<0.05).The areas of fundus bleeding,fundus exudation,fundus drusen and FFA fluorescence leakage were all less than those of the control group(P<0.05).The scores of clinical symptoms such as vagueness,chest tightness,and fatigue were lower than those of the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compound Xueshuantong Capsule combined with calcium dobesilate can effectively improve visual acuity,improve clinical signs and symptoms in the treatment of age-related macular degeneration,with high safety.
