复方苦参注射液辅治直肠癌同步放化疗所致急性放射性肠炎临床观察

摘　　要：目的:观察复方苦参注射液辅治直肠癌同步放化疗所致急性放射性肠炎的临床疗效和安全性。方法:40例随机分为观察组和对照组各20例。两组均给予庆大霉素、地塞米松、利多卡因灌肠治疗,实验组加用复方苦参注射液静脉点滴治疗。结果:观察组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后两组临床症状评分和直肠黏膜积分均降低(P<0.05),实验组降低更明显(P<0.05)。治疗后两组IL-6、CRP、TNF-α均降低(P<0.05),且实验降低更明显(P<0.05)。两组不良反应发生率比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:复方苦参注射液辅治直肠癌同步放化疗所致急性放射性肠炎安全有效。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy and safety of Compound Kushen Injection in adjuvant treatment of acute radiation enteritis caused by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy for rectal cancer.Methods:Forty cases were randomly divided into observation group and control group,with 20 cases in each group.Both groups were given gentamicin,dexamethasone,and lidocaine by enema while the experimental group was treated with Compound Kushen Injection intravenously.Results:The total effective rate of the observation group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the clinical symptom score and rectal mucosal score of the two groups were reduced(P<0.05),and the decrease in the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of IL-6,CRP,and TNF-αwere reduced in the two groups(P<0.05),and the reductionin the experimental group was more significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion:Compound Kushen injection is safe and effective in adjuvant treatment of acute radiation enteritis caused by concurrent radiotherapy and chemotherapy of rectal cancer.
