摘　　要：探讨了一种以竹制品下脚料竹刨花为原料,经筛选、干燥后,以细竹刨花为表层,以纵横交错的竹刨花为芯层,再经施胶、铺装、预压和热压制得表面细腻光滑、内部结构均匀、强度高和环保性能好的全竹结构刨花板的生产工艺。A production process of bamboo particleboard with a layeer of fine bamboo shaving surface was discussed.It mainly included screening,drying,sizing,paving,pre pressing and hot pressing.The bamboo particleboard with a layeer of fine bamboo shaving surface had smooth surface,uniform internal structure,high strength and good environmental protection performance.
