摘 要:目的探讨膀胱癌中富含脯氨酸蛋白11(PRR11)的表达水平及其与临床病理特征之间的关系。方法收集2018年1月至2019年12月在郑州大学第一附属医院行根治性膀胱切除术的52例患者的临床资料、膀胱癌组织及癌旁正常组织。采用免疫组织化学技术检测膀胱癌组织及癌旁正常组织中的PRR11表达水平,并应用χ^2检验或Fisher精确检验分析PRR11表达水平与临床病理特征之间的相关性。结果免疫组织化学结果显示PRR11主要定位在细胞质,在膀胱癌组织中高表达率为61.54%(32/52),低表达率为38.46%(20/52),癌旁正常组织中高表达率为32.69%(17/52),低表达率为67.31%(35/52),PRR11在膀胱癌组织和癌旁正常组织中的表达差异有统计学意义(χ^2=8.683,P<0.01)。PRR11表达与膀胱癌患者临床病理特征之间的关系,PRR11的高表达与膀胱癌患者的临床分期(χ^2=6.206,P<0.05)、病理分级(χ^2=5.398,P<0.05)明显相关,与年龄(χ^2=0.433,P>0.05)、性别(χ^2=0.612,P>0.05)、肿瘤大小(χ^2=0.599,P>0.05)、淋巴结转移(χ^2=2.359,P>0.05)无明显相关。结论PRR11在膀胱癌组织中表达上调,且与肿瘤分期和病理分级相关。Objective To discover the expression level of proline-rich protein 11(PRR11)in bladder cancer and its relationship with clinicopathological characteristics.Methods The clinical data,bladder cancer tissues and normal adjacent tissues of 52 patients who underwent radical cystectomy in the First Affiliated Hospital of Zhengzhou University from January 2018 to December 2019 were collected.Immunohistochemistry was used to detect the expression level of PRR11 in bladder cancer tissues and normal tissues adjacent to the cancer,and the correlation between the expression level of PRR11 and clinicopathological characteristics was analyzed byχ^2 test or fisher′s exact test.Results The results of immunohistochemistry showed that PRR11 was mainly located in the cytoplasm.The high expression rate in bladder cancer tissues was 61.54%(32/52),the low expression rate was 38.46%(20/52),and the high expression rate in normal adjacent tissues was 32.69%(17/52),the low expression rate was 67.31%(35/52),and the expression difference of PRR11 in bladder cancer tissues and adjacent normal tissues was statistically significant(χ^2=8.683,P<0.01).There was relationship between PRR11 expression and clinicopathological characteristics of bladder cancer patients.The high expression of PRR11 was related to the clinical stage(χ^2=6.206,P<0.05)and pathological grade(χ^2=5.398,P<0.05)of patients with bladder cancer,but not to age(χ^2=0.433,P>0.05),gender(χ^2=0.612,P>0.05),tumor size(χ^2=0.599,P>0.05),lymph node metastasis(χ^2=2.359,P>0.05).Conclusion The expression of PRR11 is up-regulated in bladder cancer and is related to tumor stage and pathological grade.
