摘 要:从土壤中分离筛选出1株具有高效溶藻活性的放线菌LW9,利用形态学特征和16S rRNA序列对放线菌LW9进行分子生物学鉴定,并对其溶藻特性进行研究。结果表明:放线菌LW9属于链霉菌属成员,与菲律宾链霉菌(Streptomyces filipinesis)同源相似性达99.0%;LW9主要通过分泌胞外活性物质溶藻,其溶藻活性物质主要在菌株生长稳定期积累,且在高温、酸性和碱性环境以及紫外光照射条件下均具有较好的稳定性;LW9发酵液以5%(体积分数)的剂量作用于常见的水华蓝藻如微囊藻、束丝藻和颤藻,均表现出明显的溶藻效果,溶藻率达79%~94%。鉴于其溶藻能力的稳定性、高效性,LW9可作为开发微生物控藻菌剂的候选菌株。One actinomycete strain LW9 with algae-lysing activity was isolated from soil.The taxonomic status of actinomycete Strain LW9 was determined on the bases of morphological characteristics and 16 S rRNA gene sequences.Its algicidal characteristics were also investigated.The results show that Strain LW9 is a member of the genus of Streptomyces,and shows 99.0%similarity with that of Streptomyces filipinesis.The algicidal mechanism of Strain LW9 is mainly by releasing extracellular active compound,which mainly accumulates during the stationary period,and this compound has good stability under high temperature,acidic or alkali pH and UV irradiation conditions;common bloom-forming cyanobacteria species like Microcystis,Aphanizomenon and Oscillatoria can be lysed by 5%(volume fraction)fermentation filtrate of Strain LW9,and the algicidal rates are around 79%-94%.In view of its stability and high efficiency,Strain LW9 can be the candidate for developing into a micro-biological algicidal agent.
