摘　　要：本文深入研究和挖掘了职业发展与就业指导课程中所蕴含的思想政治教育元素,探索出了理想信念教育融入课程教学目标、专业师资队伍保障课程育人效果、多样化教学方式满足学生要求、网格化教学内容融入课程教学章节和科学化评价标准助力育人功效等五大实践路径,为新农科建设背景下以上海海洋大学为例的高校来培养爱农知农为农服务的优秀大学生起到一定的推动作用,创新了职业发展与就业指导课程思政教育教学内容,推动了课程思政的教育教学改革。This paper deeply studies and excavates the ideological and political education elements contained in the course of career development and employment guidance, and explores five major facts, such as the integration of ideal and belief education into the teaching objectives of the course, the professional teaching staff to ensure the educational effect of the course,the diversified teaching methods to meet the requirements of students, the integration of grid teaching content into the teaching chapters of the course and the scientific evaluation standards to help the education effect The practice path plays a certain role in promoting the cultivation of excellent college students who love agriculture, know agriculture and serve agriculture by taking Shanghai Ocean University as an example under the background of new agricultural construction. It innovates the ideological and political education teaching content of career development and employment guidance course, and promotes the ideological and political education and teaching reform of the course.
