中高职院校预防艾滋病教育面临的挑战及应对措施分析

摘　　要：艾滋病被称为二十一世纪的黑死病,严重威胁着人类生命健康,且至今没有有效的治愈办法。近年来,随着我国社会经济的发展,我国艾滋病疫情发生率也呈现上升趋势,其中大学生作为其中特殊群体是感染和传播艾滋病的重点人群。从2011年到2015年,15-24岁的中学学生和大学生群体中,艾滋病的增长率为35%,其中65%是由大学生感染,中高职院校管理相对宽松,加上学生对性知识了解不深,更容易被各种不良信息误导,而实践发现,对中高职学生性知识、态度及行为进行有效引导,对于艾滋病预防和控制具有重要影响。本文将结合亳州市中高职院校学生对于艾滋病的认知情况,探究其在开展预防艾滋病教育中面临的挑战以及应对措施。AIDS, known as the black death in the 21 st century, is a serious threat to human life and health, and there is no effective cure. In recent years, with the development of China’s social economy, the incidence of HIV/AIDS in China is also on the rise. Among them, college students, as a special group, are the key groups to infect and spread AIDS. From 2011 to 2015,the growth rate of AIDS among middle school students and college students aged 15-24 years old was 35%, of which 65%were infected by college students. The management of secondary and higher vocational colleges is relatively loose. In addition,students do not have a deep understanding of sexual knowledge, and are more likely to be misled by various bad information.However, practice has found that effective guidance on sexual knowledge, attitude and behavior of secondary and higher vocational students can help prevent AIDS prevention and control have an important impact. This paper will combine Bozhou City secondary vocational college students’ awareness of AIDS, explore the challenges and countermeasures in the implementation of AIDS prevention education.
