摘 要:中国南海油气田开发过程中,水下机器人ROV在巡检中发现深水腐蚀正在出现,并逐渐成为深水油气开发的关键影响因素,涂层防腐及抗水压性能在深水环境下尤为重要。本文结合深水油气田开发工程特点,针对目前海洋石油深水油气田开发防腐涂装系统的设计及实际经验,结合国际标准对海洋深水环境涂装系统的要求以及对深水阴极保护影响的特殊性,对深水油气田开发工程防腐系统设计和施工进行综合分析。根据深水环境的特殊性给出具体的涂装技术要求和施工接受标准,达到后期安全生产和全寿命周期免维护的深水防腐理念,指导深水防腐设计,并为国内深水开发提供技术保障。The ROV inspection has found that deep-water corrosion occurs,and has gradually become a key factor in deep-water oil and gas development in the South China Sea.The corrosion resistant performance and water pressure resistance of the coatings are particularly important in deep-water environment.In this article,a comprehensive analysis for coating system and application in deep water environment was s provided based on the features of deepwater oil and gas field development engineering and anti-corrosive coatings system design and practical experience,combined with the particularity of requirement of international standard for deepwater coatings system and cathodic protection in deepwater environment.Deepwater coating system design and application.Based on the particularity of deep-water environment,specific technical requirements and acceptance criteria were given to achieve the deepwater anti-corrosion concept of safe production and maintenance free,guide the deepwater anti-corrosion design,and provide technical support for deep water oil and gas field development.
