摘  要:新疆南部沙尘天气比较常见,鞋子容易变脏,需要经常洗刷。针对现有洗鞋机存在的耗时、耗水、鞋子损伤较大等问题,设计一种夹持式的小型洗鞋机。该机器具有夹持和清洗两大功能。采用伸缩鞋模机构+插拔式鞋架夹持鞋子,通过齿轮机构实现对滚式毛刷机构的反向、差速转动。清洗分为两步进行,第一步采用高压水泵,通过管路喷射高压水流进行清洗,去除鞋子表面大颗粒污物。第二步,启动电机后,动力通过齿轮机构驱动毛刷旋转,转向相反、转速不同的一组毛刷分别对鞋子两侧面进行洗刷,球销副机构可以保证鞋子在不同的转向下进行往复摆动,实现无死角、全方位清洗。由于鞋子固定放置,避免鞋子直接碰撞产生的损伤,利于延长使用寿命。People′s shoes are easy to get dirty due to the common sandstorms in southern Xinjiang,washing shoes has become an essential thing.A small clamp-on washing machine has been designed due to the current washing machine is time water and consuming and shoe-damaging.The machine has two functions of clamping and cleaning,shoes are clamped onto a retractable shoe mold of a plug in shoe rack,combining the use of gear mechanism,reverse differential rotation of roller brush mechanism can be achieved.Cleaning is divided into two steps,firstly,high pressure water flow is ejected through water pipes and pumps to remove large particles of dirt from the shoes,roller brush mechanism is driven to rotate by gear mechanism which driven by a motor,two sides of the shoes are washed by a group of brushes with opposite turning direction and different rotating speed,shoes swing back and forth in different directions through the ball-pin pair mechanism,no dead corner and omni-directional cleaning can be realized finally.Damage caused by direct impact of shoes will be avoided due to shoes are fixed which is washing machine.
