摘　　要：地理流行病是全球性问题,受重视程度越来越高。通过文献梳理,归纳国内外地理流行病学发展历程、应用实例和研究技术演变。研究发现:地理流行病学思想越来越多地应用到多种流行病研究中,地理环境与人类健康关系密切,且多具有空间分布、蔓延特征。地理信息技术在地理流行病学研究中具有巨大的应用潜力。地理学方法应更好地应用到地理流行病学研究中。As a global problem,more and more attention is paid to geographical epidemic.According to literature review,this paper summarizes the development history,application examples and research technology evolution of geographical epidemiology at home and abroad.The results show that geographical epidemiology is more and more applied to the study of different epidemic diseases.The geographical environment is closely related to human health,and most of them have the characteristics of spatial distribution and spread.Geographic information system has great application potential in the study of geographic epidemiology,so geographical methods should be better applied to it.
