摘　　要：高校学生党员的培养、教育和管理是大学生党建工作的重要环节,针对大学生党员作用发挥不充分、入党后持续教育不足、考核评价体系不完善等问题。本文将"四讲四有"确定为一级评价指标,结合高校学生党员的特点和党建工作要求,确定二级指标和标准,从而构建出高校学生党员星级评价指标体系。The cultivation, education and management of college student party members is an important part of College Students’ Party building work. In view of the problems such as insufficient play of the role of college student party members, insufficient continuous education after joining the party, and imperfect evaluation system, etc. In this paper, "four stresses and Four Haves" is determined as the first level evaluation index. Combined with the characteristics of college student party members and the requirements of Party construction, the secondary indicators and standards are determined, so as to construct the star level evaluation index system of college student party members.
