摘  要:目的研究诊疗影像引入脊柱外科教学对学生学习兴趣及成绩考核的影响。方法2019年10月—2020年10月在脊柱外科学习的临床医学专业同一年级的80名学生为研究对象,随机数字法均分为对照组和研究组,两组学生性别构成、年龄无差异,使用的教材与教学大纲相同,对照组采用传统的面对面讲授模式,按照病因、病理、临床表现、诊断、治疗的顺序逐步深入,依次讲解;研究组在教学中引入X线、CT、MRI及脊柱外科微创手术影像,教师对诊断、治疗过程进行详细解读,在学习诊疗的同时学习脊柱疾病的病因、病理、临床表现;授课结束后使用统一的调查问卷及试卷进行学科兴趣调查与结课考核。结果研究组学生学科兴趣调查问卷得分及考试得分均明显优于对照组学生(P<0.01)。结论在脊柱外科教学中引入微创诊疗影像能激发学生对学科的学习兴趣,显著提升考试成绩。Objective To study the influence of the introduction of diagnosis and treatment images into spinal surgery teaching on students'interest in learning and performance assessment.Methods From October 2019 to October 2020,80 students in the same grade of clinical medicine who studied in spine surgery were used as theresearch objects. Random numbers were divided into controlgroup and research group. The two groups of students weredivided into the control group and the research group. Thedifference is that the textbooks used are the same as thesyllabus. The control group adopts the traditional faceto-face teaching mode, which is explained gradually inthe order of etiology, pathology, clinical manifestations,diagnosis, and treatment;the research group introducesX-ray, CT, and MRI in the teaching And minimally invasivesurgery images in spine surgery. Teachers interpret the diagnosisand treatment process in detail. While learning diagnosis andtreatment, they learn the etiology, pathology, and clinicalmanifestations of spine diseases;after the lecture, use uniformquestionnaires and test papers for subject interest investigationand conclusion course assessment. Results The scores of thesubject interest survey questionnaire and test scores of thestudy group students were significantly better than those ofthe control group (P<0.01). Conclusion The introduction ofminimally invasive diagnosis and treatment images in theteaching of spine surgery can stimulate students' interest inthe subject and significantly improve test scores.
