摘　　要：现代医学影像学是涉及多专业的交叉学科,影像技师与影像诊断医师是医学影像工作的两支主力军。在欧美等国的各级医疗机构中,超声成像及诊断由分工不同的医师、技师协同完成,但在国内医院超声基本由超声医师检查和诊断。四川大学华西临床医学院于2016年率先在国内开设了四年本科医学影像技术专业的超声技术方向,前三年课程为通识课程、基础医学课程和专业理论课程,最后一年为临床实习。文章旨在探讨如何编写本科超声技术学历教育的临床实习手册,达到将专业理论知识结合医院实际、并解决超声临床实际操作问题,同时进行团队协作和人文关怀。Modern medical imaging is an interdisciplinary subject involving many specialties.Imaging technician and physician are two main forces of medical imaging work.In the medical institutions at all levels in Europe and America,ultrasound imaging and diagnosis are completed by doctors and technicians with different division of labor.In comparison,ultrasound imaging is performed by ultrasound doctors alone in most Chinese hospitals.In 2016,West China Medical College of Sichuan University took the lead in setting up the ultrasound technology direction of fouryear undergraduate medical imaging technology in China.Courses in the first three years include general courses,basic medicine courses and professional theory courses,and the last year is clinical practice.This paper discusses how to compile the clinical practice manual of undergraduate sonographer,so as to combine the professional theoretical knowledge with the actual situation of the hospital in China.And solve the problems of clinical ultrasound practice,at the same time,carry out team cooperation and humanistic care.
