审核评估视域下高校教学质量文化建设研究

摘　　要：审核评估是教育部以新的形式对上一轮评估获得通过的普通高校进行的本科教学评估。以平顶山学院推进迎接教育部审核评估工作为例,通过正确认识审核评估的质量要求,分析目前高校人才培养过程中存在的主要问题,完善教学质量保障体系逐步过程,推进质量文化的持续建设,以期为高校建设和评估提供参考,达到加强内涵建设、提高人才培养质量的目的。Audit and evaluation is a new form of undergraduate teaching evaluation carried out by the Ministry of education for ordinary colleges and universities which have passed the last round of evaluation. Taking Pingdingshan University as an example, through the correct understanding of the quality requirements of audit and evaluation, this paper analyzes the main problems existing in the process of talent training in colleges and universities, improves the teaching quality assurance system step by step, and promotes the continuous construction of quality culture, so as to provide reference for the construction and evaluation of colleges and universities, so as to strengthen the connotation construction and improve personnel training quality.
