摘　　要：创新性、创造性和实践性是创新创业教育的基本特征。把创新创业教育融入专业课程教学中,是大学生创新创业素质提高和能力增强的有效途径。文章以人力资源管理课程为例,分析目前课程教学中存在的问题,并提出在人力资源管理课程中将创新创业教育融入其中,探索在人力资源管理课程教学中如何融入创新创业教育的途径。Innovation, creativity and practicality are the basic characteristics of innovation and entrepreneurship education. It is an effective way to improve the quality and ability of college students’ innovation and entrepreneurship to integrate innovation and entrepreneurship education into professional curriculum teaching. Taking the course of human resource management as an example, this paper analyzes the problems existing in the current course teaching, and puts forward the integration of innovation and entrepreneurship education in the course of human resource management, and explores how to integrate the innovation and entrepreneurship education in the teaching of human resource management course.
