摘　　要：地方财经高校经济学拔尖人才培养是地方经济发展的本质需要,是地方高校一流学科建设的重要内容,是地方高校促进教学质量提升的重要途径。地方财经高校经济学拔尖人才培养的目标是培养服务地方经济建设、具有国际视野、创新型、应用型人才。地方财经高校经济学拔尖人才培养模式可从双学位授予、本硕连读、地方特色的国际化交流、动态管理四方面进行创新。It is essential need for local economic development that local financial and economic universities train top-notch economic talents is an important content of first-class discipline construction and it is an important way to promote the teaching quality. The training goal is to cultivate innovative and applied talents who serve local economic construction with international vision. The training mode can be innovated from four aspects: Double Degree Award, continuous study of Bachelor to master,international exchange with local characteristics and dynamic management.
