摘 要:CAPP系统作为一款辅助工艺设计系统得到了广泛应用,但在零件模型设计、维护的全周期中,还存在协调管理、信息汇集、产品周期进度跟踪、信息发布、信息记录存档等过程,不同部门间签审流程,纸质档更改单填写还依靠员工在不同厂区之间跑动,进展缓慢且不利于信息保密。因此,提出建立基于CAPP系统的管理平台,将工艺编制、工艺签审、模型维护、管理等流程移到综合性的平台上,各部门在各自岗位上各司其职。As an auxiliary process design system,CAPP system has been widely used,but in design and maintenance of all parts model cycle,there is coordination management,information collection,product cycle progress tracking,information release,information process,such as record archiving sign the trial process between different departments,also depend on the staff fill in paper file change sheet between different plant running,progress has been slow and is not conducive to information confidential.As a result,a management platform based on CAPP system is put forward to move the process preparation,process signing,model maintenance,management and other processes to a comprehensive platform,and each department performs its own duties in its own position.
