摘　　要：针对产业、行业对机器视觉应用型人才需求的紧迫,而高职院校对机器视觉应用型人才培养处于起步阶段的情况,依托产业联盟对机器视觉应用型人才培养机制进行研究。主要是对行业机器视觉应用型人才需求的内生动因研究、产教融合深度合作办学模式等进行研究,解决了基于产业背景下应用型人才培养难上手、难培养,学校进行人才培养课程体系不合理、资源匮乏的问题。Nowadays,it has urgent demand for machine vision application-oriented talents in industry while the cultivation of machine vision application-oriented talents in higher vocational colleges is at the initial stage.In this thesis,it studies the cultivation mechanism of machine vision application-oriented talents by relying on industry alliance.According to the research on the internal motivation of industry machine vision application-oriented talents demand and the mode of deep integration of industry and education,it can help solve the problems of the difficulty to cultivate application-oriented talents training,unreasonable curriculum system of the school and the lack of resources for the cultivation of talents.
