摘　　要：培养大学生规矩意识是高校思想政治教育的重要组成部分,培养学生良好的纪律意识可以帮助学生养成正确的行为习惯。当前,学生违纪问题呈现出新特点,仅仅依靠考勤制度的约束无法满足学生管理工作的需要。该文通过对学生违纪案例的分析,探索提高思政教育效果的方法。为推动学生更好地成长成才,思政教育工作者应投入更多的爱心和耐心,在学生管理工作中以情感人、因材施教,只有这样才能真正提高思政教育的效果。The cultivation of college students'awareness of rules is an important part of ideological and political education in colleges and universities,and good discipline can help students develop correct behavior habits.At present,the problem of students'violation of discipline has new characteristics,and only relying on the constraints of the attendance system cannot meet the needs of student management.Through the case analysis of a students'violation of discipline,the writer thinks about ways to improve the effect of ideological and political education.In order to achieve better growth of students,it is necessary to invest more love and patience.In the management of students,it is necessary to influence students with emotions,and teach them in accordance with their aptitude.Only in this way can the effect of ideological and political education be truly improved.
