摘  要:目的探讨血凝酶内镜下喷洒配合钛夹治疗不明原因下消化道出血的临床效果。方法将80例不明原因下消化道出血患者根据随机数字表法分为对照组(40例,钛夹治疗)与研究组(40例,血凝酶内镜下喷洒配合钛夹治疗)。比较两组的临床效果。结果研究组潜血转阴时间、黑便消失时间和呕血消失时间均短于对照组,即刻止血率高于对照组,再出血率低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,研究组血红蛋白水平及各项生活质量评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论血凝酶内镜下喷洒配合钛夹治疗不明原因下消化道出血效果确切,可改善患者临床症状体征,提高生活质量。Objective To explore the clinical effect of hemocoagulase endoscopic spraying combined with titanium clip in the treatment of unexplained lower gastrointestinal bleeding.Methods A total of 80 patients with unexplained lower gastrointestinal bleeding were divided into control group(40 cases,titanium clip treatment)and study group(40 cases,hemocoagulase endoscopic spraying combined with titanium clip treatment)by the random number table method.The clinical effects of the two groups were compared.Results The time of occult blood turning to negative,black stool disappearing and hematemesis disappearing in the study group were shorter than those in the control group,the immediate hemostasis rate was higher than that in the control group,and the rebleeding rate was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the hemoglobin level and the quality of life scores in the study group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The hemocoagulase endoscopic spraying combined with titanium clip in the treatment of unexplained lower gastrointestinal bleeding has exact effect,it can improve patients'clinical symptoms and signs and the quality of life.
