摘　　要：目的:Nesfatin-1是一种由脂肪组织分泌的脂肪因子,研究Nesfatin-1与前列腺癌(PCa)发生和进展的相关性。方法:82例前列腺癌患者和86例良性前列腺增生患者作为研究对象。前列腺癌患者根据Gleason评分和骨侵犯程度分为亚组。对本组患者的特征及生化指标进行了调查。采用酶联免疫吸附试验(ELISA)检测患者血清Nesfatin-1水平。ECT评估PCa患者的骨侵犯情况。结果:前列腺癌患者Nesfatin-1水平高于前列腺增生患者。此外,Nesfatin-1水平与前列腺癌进展呈正相关。Nesfatin-1水平不仅在高Gleason评分患者中升高,而且在骨转移患者中也升高。结论:前列腺癌患者血清中Nesfatin-1水平升高,可能成为前列腺癌诊断和预后的新的标志物。需要进一步的研究来了解其潜在机制。Objective:Nesfatin-1 is an adipokine that is secreted from adipose tissue.To investigate the relationship between nesfatin-1 and prostate cancer.Methods:82 patients diagnosed with PCa and 86 patients diagnosed with benign prostatic hyperplasia(BPH)were enrolled in this study.PCa patients were divided into subgroups according to the Gleason score and bone invasion.Characteristics and biochemical parameters of these patients were investigated.Enzyme-linked Immunosorbant Assay(ELISA)was used to measure serum nesfatin-1 levels in patients.Emission computed tomography was used to evaluate bone invasion of PCa patients.Results:Our study indicated that nesfatin-1 levels were higher in PCa patients than in BPH patients.Moreover,nesfatin-1 levels were also demonstrated to be positively correlated with prostate cancer advance.Nesfatin-1 levels are increased not only in high Gleason score patients bu also in bone metastasis patients.Conclusion:Circulating nesfatin-1 levels were elevated in PCa patients,which may serve as a novel potential biomarker for diagnosis and prognosis of PCa.Further studies would be needed to understand the underlying mechanism.
