摘　　要：为进一步提升高速公路的服务能力,提出一种对省际高速公路收费站撤站资源再开发利用的方法。基于高速公路沿线需求,将高速公路沿线服务功能划分为交通服务、产业服务、人文旅游服务、应急服务4类,并运用决策制定与评价实验室法构建影响收费站改造功能定位的指标体系。在此基础上,运用主成分分析模型对收费站改造功能进行初步定位,采用层次分析-模糊综合评价方法对收费站撤站资源再利用规划方案进行评价择优。同时,以上海市G60枫泾收费站为例,对定位及评价方法进行验证。结果表明,将收费站撤站后规划为智慧旅游服务区,兼具集散功能,为高速公路收费站改造和服务区管理提供了一定参考。In order to further improve the service capacity of expressways,a method of redevelopment and utilization of the resources of provincial expressway toll station withdrawal is proposed.Based on the demand along the expressway,the service functions along the expressway are divided into four categories:traffic service,industrial service,humanistic tourism service and emergency service.The index system affecting the function positioning of toll station reconstruction is constructed by using Decision Making Trial and Evaluation Laboratory method.On this basis,the principal component analysis model is used to locate the function of toll station reconstruction,and AHP fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to evaluate the optimal plan for the resource reuse of toll station.Also,taking Shanghai G60 Fengjing toll station as an example,the positioning and evaluation method are verified.The results show that planning the toll station as a smart tourism service area,which has the function of tourism collection and distribution,and provides a certain reference for expressway toll station reconstruction and service area management.
