摘 要:基于立德树人的现实要求,高校研究性教学改革任重道远。通过社会系统理论,我们能够重新审视研究性教学系统的运行动力。知识“内循环”既遵循建构主义的发展规律,也释放高校师生的教学活力,还能促进元思维能力的培养。在研究性教学的系统论视角下,系统功能以育人为目标;系统沟通以“情境”为手段;系统运作以课堂为媒介。知识“内循环”基本特征包括:以去知识中心主义为基础;以大学生发展需要为核心;以知识的流动性自我生产为主线;以“互联网+教育”实践为驱动。知识“内循环”包含三种实现形式:强化研究性教学资源配置,提升系统生产力;重塑师生课堂教学观念,解放知识流动张力;加速教师评价体系改革,提升系统稳定力。Based on the practical requirements of moral education,research-based teaching reform in colleges and universities has a long way to go.Through the theory of social system,we can re-examine the power of research-based teaching system.The internal circulation of knowledge not only follows the development law of constructivism,but also releases the teaching vitality of college teachers and students,and promotes the cultivation and accumulation of meta thinking ability.From the perspective of research-based teaching in system theory,system function aims at educating people;system communication takes"situation"as means;system operation takes classroom as medium.The basic characteristics of knowledge internal circulation include:Based on knowledge decentralism;centered on the needs of university students;self production is based on knowledge mobility;and practice driven by"Internet plus education".The internal circulation of knowledge includes three forms:strengthening the allocation of research-based teaching resources and improving the productivity of the system;reshaping the concept of classroom teaching of teachers and students and liberating the tension of knowledge flow;accelerating the reform of teacher evaluation system and enhancing the stability of the system.
