摘　　要：从不同视角看,道德属性是创业的本质属性之一,创业实践也是一种道德实践。当前大学生创业中的反道德现象,反映了创业中的道德生存困境。本轮创业大潮也是一场商业伦理再造的文化浪潮,负有道德建设的宏大使命。各方应当形成道德建设合力,从提升创业的道德生存能力、社会主义道德建设的协同能力出发,建构图景式的创业德性谱系。加强创业主体、利益关系的道德建构,树立精益求精的质量观和效益最大化、创新为本的观念,建立效益与道德的统一关系。坚持“以人民为中心”的创业观,同人民群众美好生活的需要、社会主义的本质要求、新时代总体战略乃至人类共同利益同频共振,是最高层次的德性要求。高校要以为中国未来商业生态立文化法则、道德法则的使命感,树立开放的大创业观,坚持思创融合,改革考评机制,为创业注入深刻的道德基因。Moral attribute is one of the essential attributes of entrepreneurship from different perspectives,and entrepreneurship practice is also a kind of moral practice.The anti-moral phenomenon in college student entrepreneurship reflects the dilemma of moral existence in entrepreneurship.The current wave of entrepreneurship is also a cultural wave of business ethics reconstruction,which bears the great mission of moral construction.All parties should form a joint force and construct a pictorial genealogy of entrepreneurship morality by enhancing the moral viability of entrepreneurship and the synergistic ability of socialist moral construction.We should strengthen the moral construction of entrepreneurship subject and interest relationship,build the quality concept of excellence,the concept of maximizing benefit and promoting innovation,and establish the unified relationship between benefit and morality.Adhering to the"people-centered"concept of entrepreneurship and coordinating with the needs of the people for a better life,the essential requirements of socialism,the overall strategy of the new era and even the common interests of mankind are the highest moral requirements.Colleges and universities should have a sense of mission of setting up cultural and moral principles for China’s future business ecology,establish an open concept of entrepreneurship,adhere to the integration of ideas and innovations,reform the evaluation mechanism,and inject profound moral genes into entrepreneurship.
