摘  要:骨肉瘤是一类起源于间叶组织的好发于长管状骨的原发性恶性骨肿瘤,其组织学特征为梭形肿瘤细胞可产生骨样基质或不成熟骨。患者早期最常见的症状为局部剧烈疼痛和软组织肿胀,严重者可导致病理性骨折。骨肉瘤具有侵袭性强和转移快的特点,临床疗效较差,严重危害青少年的身体健康。骨肉瘤组织中存在大量异常表达的长链非编码RNA(lncRNA),可在转录及转录后水平发挥重要作用,调控骨肉瘤的增殖、凋亡、侵袭、迁移和耐药等恶性生物学行为。未来,lncRNA可能为骨肉瘤的生物标志物诊断及靶向治疗提供新思路。Osteosarcoma is a class of primary malignant bone tumors originating from mesenchymal tissue and occurring mostly in long tubular bone.Its histological features are spindle tumor cells that produce osteoid stroma or immature bone.The most common early symptoms are severe local pain and soft tissue swelling,which in severe cases can lead to pathological fractures.As osteosarcoma is characterized by strong aggressiveness and rapid metastasis,it has poor clinical efficacy and seriously harms the physical health of adolescents.There are a large number of abnormally expressed long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)in osteosarcoma tissues,which can play an important role on transcriptional and post-transcriptional levels and regulate the proliferation,apoptosis,invasion,migration,drug resistance and other malignant biological behaviors of osteosarcoma.LncRNA may provide new ideas and insights for the diagnosis and targeted therapy of biomarkers for osteosarcoma in the future.
