摘　　要：肿瘤相关巨噬细胞(TAMs)在许多恶性肿瘤的发生、发展、侵袭及转移中发挥着重要作用,与肿瘤患者的预后密切相关。结直肠癌是我国发病率、死亡率均较高的恶性肿瘤,早期结直肠癌患者术后预后较好,但仍有部分患者出现复发和转移,TAMs被证实参与结直肠癌的进展和转移。TAMs作为新的治疗靶标,已成为肿瘤免疫治疗领域的研究热点。但在结直肠癌方面还未达到理想的效果,需要进一步深入研究,以期为结直肠癌患者的治疗提供新方法,延长患者的生存时间。Tumor-associated macrophages(TAMs)play an important role in the occurrence,development,invasion and metastasis of many malignant tumors,and are closely related to the prognosis of the patients.Colorectal cancer is a malignant tumor with high morbidity and mortality in China.Patients with early colorectal cancer usually have a good postoperative prognosis,but some patients still have recurrence and metastasis.TAMs have been confirmed to be involved in the progression and metastasis of colorectal cancer.As a new therapeutic target,TAMs have become a research hotspot in the field of tumor immunotherapy.However,it has not achieved an ideal effect in colorectal cancer,and further research is needed to provide new methods for the treatment and prolong the survival time of the patients.
