摘　　要：近年来胰腺癌发病率在全球呈上升趋势,手术切除仍是治疗胰腺癌的主要手段。目前胰十二指肠切除术仍为可切除胰腺癌的标准术式。国内外学者一直不断尝试探索改良术式以提高R0切除率,减少术中出血等来改善病人预后。其中动脉优先入路在胰十二指肠切除术中应用较广,受到极大关注。此文对近年关于应用动脉优先入路行胰十二指肠切除术的研究进展进行了综述。The incidence of pancreatic cancer has been rising globally in recent years and surgical resection is a major therapeutic option.Currently pancreatoduodenectomy is a gold standard for resectable pancreatic cancer.Scholars at home and abroad have been trying to explore refined surgical procedures to boost R0 resection rate and reduce intraoperative bleeding to improve patient prognosis.Among them,artery first approach is widely utilized for pancreatoduodenectomy and it has attracted great attention.This article reviewed the latest research advances of pancreatoduodenectomy using artery first approach.
