摘　　要：目的探讨不同年龄组直肠癌病人临床病理特征。方法回顾性分析2014年1月至2019年12月间华中科技大学同济医学院附属协和医院外科收治并行手术的直肠癌病人临床病理资料,比较不同年龄组直肠癌病人临床病理特点。结果共纳入2355例直肠癌病人,年龄范围为21~90岁,中位年龄58岁;男性1433例(60.8%),女性922例(39.2%),男女性别比约为1.55∶1。青年组、中年组、老年组直肠癌病人在性别、肿瘤位置、淋巴结转移、N分期、TNM分期、神经侵犯、脉管侵犯、肿瘤大小、分化上差异均有统计学意义(均P<0.05),在肿瘤T分期上差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论不同年龄组直肠癌病人临床病理特征不同,青年直肠癌病人中女性病人比例更高、肿瘤更大、分期更晚、病理分化更差,低位直肠癌比例更高。Objective To investigate the clinicopathologic characteristics of rectal cancer in different age groups.Methods The clinical and pathological information of patients with rectal cancer who were admitted to the Department of Surgery of the Wuhan Union Hospital from January 2014 to December 2019 were retrospectively analyzed.The clinical and Pathological features of different age were compared.Results A total of 2355 patients with rectal cancer were included in the study.The age distribution ranged from 21 to 90 years old,with a median age of 58 years.In total,1433(60.8%)were male patients,and 922(39.2%)were female patients.The ratio of male to female was 1.55∶1.There were statistically significant differences in gender,tumor location,lymph node metastasis,N staging,TNM staging,nerve invasion,vascular invasion,mean tumor diameter,tumor size,and differentiation in patients with rectal cancer in the young,middle-aged,and elderly groups.And there were no significant difference in the T stage between the three groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The clinical and pathological characteristics of rectal cancer patients were different in different age groups.Among them,the younger group had higher proportion of female patients,larger tumor,later stage,worse differentiation,and higher proportion of lower rectal cancer.
