摘  要:目的评价计算机辅助设计与制造(computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing,CAD/CAM)氧化锆髓超嵌体修复磨牙在根管治疗后牙体缺损的临床效果。方法选取2017年5月至2018年5月在我院门诊部就诊的患者57例,根管治疗后缺损的磨牙共60颗,采用WeiLand氧化锆瓷块进行髓超嵌体修复。按照改良的美国公共卫生署(United States Public Health Service,USPHS)评价标准进行3个月、6个月、1年随访,并进行临床效果评价。结果 60颗患牙均边缘密合良好,咀嚼功能正常。修复体色泽协调性良好,未出现继发龋。2颗对牙合天然牙出现酸疼,6颗对牙合天然牙出现轻微磨耗。4例修复体牙龈有炎症,探诊出血,但X线示未有附着丧失与牙周袋形成。结论 CAD/CAM氧化锆髓超嵌体修复磨牙大面积缺损具有良好的临床效果。Objective To evaluate the clinical effects of Zirconia endo-overlay generated by computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)on molar teeth defect restoration after root canal treatment. Methods A total of 57 patients who underwent treatments at our clinic from May 2017 to May 2018 were selected. There were 60 defected molars in total being treated with root canal treatment. Wei Land Zirconia endo-overlay was used to make the restorations. According to the standards of United States Public Health Service(USPHS),3 months,6 months,and a one-year long evaluation of the clinical effects has been carried out. Results All 60 defected molars displayed satisfactory seal around the edges and could aid normal chewing function. The restored molars also took on well-balanced colors. There was no case of secondary caries. Only two molars caused slight sore,with no apparent abrasion,and there were signs of slight abrasion on 6 paired jaw teeth. Four patients had gingival inflammation and bleeding with no loss of attachment or periodontal pocket formation. Conclusion The clinical effects of Zirconia endo-overlay generated by computer aided design and computer aided manufacturing(CAD/CAM)technology on molar teeth defect restoration after root canal treatment are satisfactory.
