周期素依赖性激酶10在食管鳞癌中的表达及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的分析食管鳞癌组织中周期素依赖性激酶10(CDK10)表达的临床意义。方法应用免疫组织化学EnVision法检测208例食管鳞癌标本中CDK10的表达状态并结合临床病理资料进行统计分析,用Kaplan-Meier方法分析CDK10表达与食管鳞癌患者预后的关系。结果食管鳞癌组织中CDK10表达在临床TNM分期中Ⅲ/Ⅳ期高于Ⅰ/Ⅱ期,淋巴结转移组(N1~N3)高于无淋巴结转移组(N0),T3/T4组高于T1/T2组,男性患者组高于女性患者组(P均<0.05)。食管鳞癌组织中CDK10高表达的患者总生存期低于CDK10低表达的患者(P<0.001)。结论 CDK10表达同食管鳞癌患者预后密切相关,可能是参与食管鳞癌发展的重要分子事件。Objective To examine the expression status of cyclin dependent kinase 10(CDK10) and its potential clinical significance in human esophageal squamous cell carcinoma. Methods Immunohistochemical envision method was used to detect the expression of CDK10 in 208 cases of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma(ESCC). The relationship between CDK10 expression and prognosis of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma was studied by Kaplan-Meier method. Results CDK10 expression levels were significantly higher in stage Ⅲ/Ⅳ patients than in stage Ⅰ/Ⅱ patients,in patients with lymph node metastasis(N1-N3)than in those without lymph node metastasis(N0),in T3/T4 tumor depth patients than in T1/T2 tumor depth patient and in male patients than in female patients(P all<0.05). The overall survival rate of patients with high high CDK10 expression was significantly shorter than those with low CDK10 expression(P < 0.001). Conclusion Our data suggest that CDK10 expression correlates with progression of esophageal squamous cell carcinoma and may serve as a candidate biomarker for this disease.
