摘　　要：全员模式书院作为中国现代大学书院制探索中的一种模式,具有全覆盖性、多功能性和教育公平性特点,践行着以学生为中心、强化通识教育和三全育人等理念,在强化学生思想政治教育、行为习惯养成、一般能力培养以及促进学生事务管理专业化方面发挥了显著作用,但也存在着协调成本较大、争议较多、可持续发展保障较为不足等问题。研究认为,需要从优化大学内部治理、突破路径依赖、加大资源投入等方面入手,达成教育共识,促进双院协同,实施一体化育人机制,为形成中国大学书院制人才培养模式提供一种新的选择。The full-coverage collegiate,a pioneering model in the exploration of the collegiate system in modern Chinese universities,characterized with all-students involvement,multi-function and educational fairness,is devoted to the implementation of the ideas of students-centeredness,general education reinforcement and all-round education.While playing a significant role in strengthening students’ideological and political education,behavioral habits cultivation,general ability development,and promotion of specialization in student affairs management,it is also met with various problems such as the larger coordination cost,more controversies,and insufficient sustainable development guarantee.Against this background,it is suggested that while trying to reach an educational consensus and promote the coordination of both the collegiate and college,we should also improve the university internal governance,break through the path dependence and increase resource input in an effort to implement an integrated education mechanism and provide a new choice for the formation of a Chinese University collegiate talent cultivation model.
