肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的临床应用价值

摘　　要：目的探究肿瘤放射增敏剂在鼻咽癌放射治疗中的临床应用价值。方法选取2017年1月至2019年7月本院收治的鼻咽癌患者72例作为研究对象,采用抽签法分为对照组与实验组,各36例。对照组采用单纯放射治疗,实验组在对照组基础上采用肿瘤放射增敏剂甘氨双唑钠治疗,比较两组临床疗效、健康状况、不良反应发生率。结果实验组缓解率为86.11%,高于对照组的63.90%(P<0.05);治疗前,两组Karnofsky功能状态评分(KPS)、Piper疲乏量表评分比较差异无统计学意义,治疗后,两组上述指标均较治疗前改善,且实验组优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组并发症发生率为16.68%,明显低于对照组的38.89%(P<0.05)。结论放射治疗配合使用肿瘤放射治疗增敏剂治疗鼻咽癌患者疗效确切,可明显改善患者健康状况,有效预防并发症发生,保护患者生命安全,值得临床推广应用。Objective To explore the clinical application value of tumor radiosensitizers in radiotherapy of nasopharyngeal carcinoma.Methods 72 patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma admitted to our hospital from January 2017 to July 2019 were selected as the research subjects,and they were divided into control group and experimental group by lottery,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was received radiotherapy alone,and the experimental group was received the tumor radiosensitizer sodium glycididazole on the basis of the control group,the clinical efficacy,health status,and occurrence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The remission rate of the experimental group was86.11%,which was higher than 63.90%of the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the Karnofsky functional status score(KPS)and Piper fatigue scale score between the two groups before treatment.After treatment,the above indicators of the two groups were improved compared with before treatment,and the experimental group was better than the control group(P<0.05);the complication rate of the experimental group was 16.68%,which was significantly lower than 38.89%in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Radiotherapy combined with tumor radiotherapy sensitizers has definite effect on the treatment of patients with nasopharyngeal carcinoma,which can significantly improve the health of patients,effectively prevent complications,and protect patient safety.It is worthy of clinical application.
