摘  要:地方高校的任务是培养为区域经济发展服务的创新型应用人才,江西科技师范大学针对涂料工程创新型应用人才严重缺乏,学生缺少工程实践能力和创新能力等问题,树立"高校+行业协会+典型企业"三方协同确立涂料工程创新型应用人才培养理念,建立长效人才培养运行机制,创设"1+2+1"学程,高水平涂料工程专家走进课堂,搭建资源共享平台,设立企业奖学金,实现对人才培养方式的突破和教学资源的有效扩充,增强学生的社会竞争力。The mission of local university’s is to cultivate innovative applied talents, which services for the development of regional economic. Jiangxi science and technology normal university contraposed the problems of lack of coating engineering innovative application talents, the engineering practice ability and innovation ability of students.The tripartite coordination of "colleges universities + industry association + typical enterprise" established the idea of coating engineering innovative application talents cultivation, established long-effect mechanism of talents cultivation,created of "1 +2 +1" curriculum, invited high coating engineering experts into the classroom, structured resources sharing platform, founded enterprise scholarship. The breakthrough of talent training mode and effective expansion of teaching resources were realized and the competitiveness of students’ social were enhanced.
